aeowin Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout this Agreement and all related aeowin documentation:

• "aeowin", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the aeowin Platform accessible at aeowin.club.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers an account with, accesses, or uses the aeowin Platform.
• "Platform" means the aeowin website, mobile-accessible pages, game lobby, cashier, and all associated features and services.
• "Account" means the personal registered account through which a Player accesses the aeowin Platform and its services.
• "Wallet" means the PHP-denominated balance held within a Player's aeowin Account.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or reload bonuses credited to an Account by aeowin.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification — the identity and age verification process required by aeowin before withdrawals are processed.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the national government-owned and controlled corporation that regulates gaming activities in the Philippines.

To be eligible to open and maintain an aeowin Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of aeowin, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously had an aeowin Account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• All information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, court order, or other restriction that would prevent you from gaming online.

To open an aeowin Account, you must complete the registration form accurately, providing a valid Philippine mobile number, a working email address, and a secure password. aeowin reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage to verify your identity, age, address, or source of funds.

Each Player may hold only one (1) aeowin Account at any given time. Creating, maintaining, or using multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. aeowin reserves the right to close all such Accounts and withhold any funds therein if multiple Account usage is detected.

aeowin is required to verify the identity and age of all Players before processing any withdrawal. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid Philippine government-issued identification card: Philippine System (PhilSys) national ID, passport, UMID, or driver's licence. Documents must be legible, unexpired, and clearly show the Player's full legal name and date of birth. KYC verification is a one-time process and must be completed before the first withdrawal is released.

As an aeowin Account holder, you accept sole responsibility for all activity that occurs within your Account and agree to the following obligations:

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your aeowin login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. aeowin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account. You must notify aeowin immediately via [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

You must ensure that all personal information associated with your Account — including name, contact details, and payment method information — is accurate and kept up to date. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension, forfeiture of Wallet balances, and referral to the relevant authorities.

All aeowin Accounts are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). aeowin does not accept or process transactions in any other currency. It is the Player's responsibility to ensure that their nominated payment method — whether GCash, Maya, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, or other accepted methods — is registered in the same name as the aeowin Account. Third-party payments are not accepted.

aeowin accepts deposits in PHP via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven over-the-counter payments. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits via GCash and Maya typically reflect in the aeowin Wallet within seconds of confirmation. aeowin reserves the right to reject any deposit at its sole discretion without obligation to state a reason.

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, subject to the following conditions: (a) the Account has completed KYC verification; (b) no bonus wagering requirement attached to the Wallet balance remains unfulfilled; (c) the withdrawal amount meets the minimum threshold of ₱200; and (d) the Account is in good standing with no pending investigations. aeowin aims to process withdrawal requests within five (5) minutes for GCash and Maya; processing times for bank transfers may be longer.

aeowin is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) laws. aeowin may request additional documentation or information regarding the source of funds deposited into a Player's Account at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in withdrawal delays, Account suspension, or reporting to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

aeowin offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered Players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral bonuses, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to real withdrawable funds. Wagering requirements are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus Funds must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Unused Bonus Funds expire at the end of the validity period and cannot be reinstated.
• aeowin reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to an Account will be subject to the terms in effect at the time of credit.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player. Bonus abuse, including the use of multiple Accounts, coordinated play, or exploitation of bonus mechanics, will result in forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and may result in Account termination.
• aeowin reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a Player has engaged in abuse of a bonus or promotion.

All games available on the aeowin Platform — including slots, live casino tables, Color Game, bingo, sports betting, and crash games — are governed by the individual game rules applicable to each title. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game before wagering real funds.

All aeowin slot and RNG-based game titles use certified random number generation software to ensure fair and unpredictable game outcomes. aeowin works exclusively with licensed game providers including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, and Evolution, all of whom maintain independent RNG certifications.

Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and are displayed within each game interface. aeowin reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time. For live casino tables, bet limits are as displayed on the table before a round commences. Bets placed in error cannot be cancelled once the relevant game round has begun.

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity interruption affecting a game round, any bets affected by the malfunction will be voided and the wagered amount returned to the Player's Wallet. aeowin does not accept responsibility for disrupted games caused by the Player's own internet connection or device failure.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the aeowin Platform. Breach of any prohibition in this section constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended by aeowin.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software or games.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund an aeowin Account.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other activity that violates Philippine AML or CTF law.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC.
• Accessing the Platform in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Creating or using multiple Accounts to circumvent bonus restrictions, account limits, or self-exclusion orders.

All content on the aeowin Platform — including but not limited to the aeowin name, logo, design, text, graphics, game interfaces, sound effects, and software — is the intellectual property of aeowin or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. No Player may reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any aeowin content without prior written authorisation from aeowin.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, aeowin, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, loss of data, or interruption of service.

aeowin's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their aeowin Wallet in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

aeowin is committed to promoting responsible gaming as a core operational principle. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible at any time from an Account's settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, a limit cannot be increased until a 24-hour cooling-off period has elapsed.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum loss threshold over a defined period.
• Session Break Reminders: Players can set automated reminders that prompt a break after a defined session duration.
• Cool-Off Period: A temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and six (6) months, during which the Player cannot log in, deposit, or play.
• Self-Exclusion: A permanent or long-term account closure available on request. Balances are returned to the Player's nominated GCash or Maya account following self-exclusion.

aeowin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• aeowin reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• A Player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• aeowin is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory direction, or court order.
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the Account holder.

Upon Account termination for breach of these Terms, aeowin reserves the right to withhold any Wallet balance pending investigation. Any Bonus Funds in a suspended Account are immediately forfeited. Real-money balances in a terminated Account will be returned to the Player's verified payment method after deducting any outstanding amounts owed to aeowin, subject to the outcome of any investigation.

aeowin reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to Players via a notification displayed on the Platform or sent to the registered email address associated with each Account. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the aeowin Platform following the posting of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account by contacting [email protected].

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the aeowin Platform shall first be submitted to aeowin's customer support team for informal resolution. aeowin will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt of a written complaint submitted to [email protected].

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this section limits aeowin's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
